    Looking back, it was a meaningful experience. I walked away with new skills, lessons I’ll carry with me, and memories of working alongside great people.
    The good thingsI’m grateful for the skills I picked up and the chance to work with supportive and talented people. The role gave me room to grow, learn new things, and feel like I was making a real contribution.
    The challengesThe main challenges came from the competitiveness in getting a student and dealing with technical issues. These were factors beyond the control of both the company and the supporter, but they sometimes affected the workflow and results.

    The company cares for the employees. The system changes are reasonable. I may apply again in the future when circumstance arise.
    The good thingsThe management and the admin teams are organized. The training & QA team is helpful. When problems arise, they immediately make alternative work plans.
    The challengesNumber of lessons and booking system. Only recently they hired a lot of teachers, and it made lesson reservation lesser and lesser. This makes teachers choose irregular lesson schedule to accommodate greater number of lessons.

    A great start for fresh grads and those new to teaching ESL/EFL.
    The good thingsGood management, everything is systematic so it’s easy to get around even when you’re still new to the job. The staff support was also great, they’re friendly and always accommodating. Most students are friendly and easy to mentor. It’s also great you get to choose your classes.
    The challengesThe booking system and student cancellations.

    The good thingsCompetitive compensation Harmonious relationship between management and employee. Carrier growth Work-life balance is definitely observable.
    The challengesFor me, the process and system are smooth and easy to navigate. If someone has trouble understanding the procedure, it will be challenging.
