The challengesAs a fresh graduate, I did not received any proper training on my position especially on the task that I really need to focus with.
Very micromanaged and they will talk behind your back. Yes, the top management!
If you are challenged on your tasks, instead of guiding you, they will compare you to other staff who is already working there for a long time.
When I resigned, that's the only time they discussed about my poor KPI result which in the first place they did not guide me well. Actually, JD/KPI was not even discussed when I started working with them. Just do this, just do that.
All in all, just do not work here especially if you are a fresh graduate.
