    A big no-no to work here.
    The good thingsMet a good co-worker who is a friend until now. IT peeps who I can easily approach whether it is a work-related or not.
    The challengesAs a fresh graduate, I did not received any proper training on my position especially on the task that I really need to focus with. Very micromanaged and they will talk behind your back. Yes, the top management! If you are challenged on your tasks, instead of guiding you, they will compare you to other staff who is already working there for a long time. When I resigned, that's the only time they discussed about my poor KPI result which in the first place they did not guide me well. Actually, JD/KPI was not even discussed when I started working with them. Just do this, just do that. All in all, just do not work here especially if you are a fresh graduate.

    The good thingsThey provide good enough salary. But benefits should be reassessed.
    The challengesI do not recommend working here. No growth and too much micromanagement. Too much gossip-very toxic. Deserves not a single star.

    Unpleasing experience with the Management's handling
    The good thingsTheir offer for the basic salary is good enough for a fresh graduate / experience of 1-2 yrs.
    The challengesPoor Management. If an employee has problems in achieveing the KPIs, it's either they will compare you with other staff or worst, they'll just shove it in your face that you aren't good enough. Sometimes you'll be talked behind your back. A big THUMBS DOWN. No proper trainings, just plug and play. Won't recommend fresh grads to work here.

    POOR CAREER GROWTH
    The good thingsThe office's ambience is good. Looks bright and freshing.
    The challengesPoor management. They dont allow their employees who are challenged in their tasks to improve at all. They talk behind their back and do not tell the challenged employee AT ALL of what are the areas needed to be improved.

    Great start up company
    The good thingsGreat place to work as long as you do your job as expected. They make sure they guide employees who are not performing. Will give employees second chance if not meeting targets. They promote and give increase to employees based on their performance and potential. Even from rank and file straight to a managerial position. Good benefits for a start up company.
