    Working environment is easy and simple if you follow the Standard Operation
    The good thingsi work from agency to the company, there's a lot of thing that add in my skills and knowledge, from sales to warehouse man to assistant, and until now i thank those persons who thought all the thing i use now in my present job. working those kind of person is a treasure.
    The challengesis the benefits package of the employee and the loyalty of the employee must acknowledge by the management.

    A really good experience for me.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because my co-employees are really nice and caring to me and also the management are very easy to approached. I experience a lot of things in here which somehow boost my confidence.
    The challengesMy work here is kinda challenging and critical because you must not commit any error because of the system that we are using which can really affect the transaction but then the management especially my manager are helping me to avoid any error through guidelines but then sometimes I really can't avoid it, though i didn't mean to happen so my manager and the management are helping to fix this error.

    The good thingswhat i really like about my company is my experiences to travel out of town and i met different people,gain knowledge to others and share my knowledge to help other people also and most especially i gained good relationship with our dealers.
    The challengesthe challenge for me is that sometimes its hard to understand the dealers, some are very jealous with other dealer especially when you can't provide them what they really want. its the hard thing when you got into the business of direct selling.
