    Quantity Solutions, Inc. (QSi) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified construction estimating and planning consultancy company. It was founded in March 2008 in the Philippines by Civil Engineer Rynor G. Jamandre where it became the local affiliate of Orion Group International LLC (Orion), an international construction firm establishment in Washington, U.S.A. by fellow Civil Engineer Timothy E. Cleveland in 1995. Together the two companies worked on various federal projects in Kyrgyzstan, Guam and the Marshall Islands before embarking operations in the Philippines.Today, QSI is composed of 150 engineers & professionals with a wide range of experience in private and federal-funded construction projects. It has quickly become a market innovator and trail blazer in construction digital estimating in the country. Some of QSI's notable clients include the Ayala Land Group of Companies, Puyat Steel Corporation, Aboitizland Corporation, Century Properties, Palafox Associates, Dexterton and Astoria Hotels
