Heavy workload, micromanagement, ignored feedback, low pay, and poor work-life balance cause stress.
The good thingsI hope the company takes time to reflect on the feedback shared by former employees and views it as constructive input rather than bitterness, as these concerns are reflections of workplace realities
The challengesRepeated concerns about workload were raised but not addressed. There is ongoing pressure to complete work in advance despite already full schedules. The workload and level of micromanagement have created a stressful work environment. Operational concerns often feel unheard or unsupported as management do not accept feedbacks. Frequent messages and calls outside office hours make it difficult to maintain healthy work–life boundaries. Vacation leave is difficult to fully utilize, as work must be completed in advance to compensate for time off. Compensation does not feel aligned with the level of responsibility and workload. The current development unit calculation method needs review, as task complexity and scope have increased without adjustment.

no growth, super stress and burn out
The good thingsThe good thing you'll and your colleagues grow unnaturally close, not through collaboration but through a shared, unspoken hatred for the same toxic management and soul crushing workload. You don’t work together you survive together like inmates who’ve learned to read the guards micro-expressions to predict the next outburst. Your mental state doesn’t improve. It’s forged. Congratulations you’ve been enrolled in a deranged mental boot camp—no opt out, no safety briefing where every day unlocks a more hardcore roadmap straight into psychological hell. Stress and burn out is the air you breathe. The workload is infinite, abstract, and somehow always your fault. Management explodes on schedule and off script, twisting reality through manipulation and gaslighting, then calmly rebranding the damage as “growth” and “part of the process.” By the end, you’re not just surviving the job you’re enduring a full-scale mental endurance trial.
The challengesno real growth here. The environment is built on super-legacy systems and prehistoric tools, and management focuses on preserving them rather than improving anything. Instead of developing modern, transferable skills, you spend most of your time keeping outdated technology alive. Work–life balance does not exist in practice. Working outside office hours is normal. Expectations spill into evenings and weekends, and the workload is consistently overwhelming, with little regard for sustainability or personal boundaries. A significant investment of time is expected in their technology stack, but it rarely pays off. The tools are outdated, the skills are not transferable, and much of the effort becomes a long-term waste of time and energy. Before committing, strongly review your contract before signing any of their contracts. Question everything. I genuinely recommend having all contracts reviewed by a lawyer to fully understand your rights.

It's just very bad, very very bad
The good thingsNo Good Things at all
The challengesAncient software with very terrible management, forces you to render overtime that will make you drain every single day. NO WORK BALANCE HERE. So, if you're planning to apply in Quadrant, make sure that you don't have anything to do and you're ready with manipulating management

This company makes you question why you ever liked humanity
The good thingsGood things? You’ll learn to type with tears in your eyes, dodge management rage, and survive ancient software. Oh, and you’ll get a paycheck if you make it out alive.
The challengesThe biggest challenge in this company is surviving the workload. It crushes your soul, forces endless overtime and ruins your social life. Management and team leaders act like angry drill sergeants on steroids, punishing every tiny mistake with memos, suspensions or a crash course in terror. Their COMPILER is prehistoric, you cannot even undo mistakes and the historical data is so old it might have been written on stone tablets and probably remembers dinosaurs better than you do. Working here will make you sick, burn you out and make you fantasize about quitting every hour. Survive a year and congratulations, you are basically a zombie with a paycheck and a PhD in eye-rolling.
