    It was an overall postive experience!
    The good thingsEverything is almost perfect — the work culture, management, and compensation and benefits.
    The challengesWhile I truly appreciate the company’s strong culture and support system, one area I found could be improved is the opportunity for career advancement. I believe that clearer growth paths or more frequent upskilling opportunities would have made it even more fulfilling for EVERYONE.

    The challengesWork can be done remotely but we are required 40 percent onsite attendance, Experienced some micro management and minimal salary increase.
