    It was an overall postive experience!
    The good thingsEverything is almost perfect — the work culture, management, and compensation and benefits.
    The challengesWhile I truly appreciate the company’s strong culture and support system, one area I found could be improved is the opportunity for career advancement. I believe that clearer growth paths or more frequent upskilling opportunities would have made it even more fulfilling for EVERYONE.

    The company provides benefits which we all enjoy aside from the salary.
    The good thingsIt is an honor working in the Insurance Industry through QBE GSSC as I have learned a lot about Australian Culture and how it is gonna be having insurance for your home, contents and vehicles.
    The challengesHence pandemic is about to be over, returning to the office is a big challenge for me as I am currently residing in my hometown which is too far from my office in the city from another island. It is very impractical for me to work in the big city due to bigger expenses and i will be away from my son.
