Challenging but open environmentThe good thingsIt's digital payments so you can really expect to learn many things about different payment options. It's really challenging to understand these for me because I didn't have previous experience in this business, but the people are collaborative even if they're from other things. If you enjoy a fast-paced and open environment, I think you'll do great here.
I felt like my Supervisor really appreciated my effort so I really don't have much to say about the management in Manila cuz they're friendly. Also coaching sessions are frequent so you will feel that your TL really cares about your performance.
The challengesSince it's in the digital space, you are expected to absorb fast-moving information and work with your TL for the best resolution. In my case, it was difficult at first and I had a hard time understanding some concepts.
