Really negative experience. Learned a lot regarding the trade.
The good thingseasy work, accessible location
The challengesManagement, CEO, politics and mindset that people are always replaceable and can be lowballed (but willing to pay premium to hire new, unqualified and underperforming people)

    Challenging but open environment
The good thingsIt's digital payments so you can really expect to learn many things about different payment options. It's really challenging to understand these for me because I didn't have previous experience in this business, but the people are collaborative even if they're from other things. If you enjoy a fast-paced and open environment, I think you'll do great here. I felt like my Supervisor really appreciated my effort so I really don't have much to say about the management in Manila cuz they're friendly. Also coaching sessions are frequent so you will feel that your TL really cares about your performance.
The challengesSince it's in the digital space, you are expected to absorb fast-moving information and work with your TL for the best resolution. In my case, it was difficult at first and I had a hard time understanding some concepts.

    Great platform to express ideas.
The good thingsThe company gives you the opportunity to express your ideas. They're open to any suggestions you have on how to improve the products/processes. It's a good platform to help express yourself freely and to expand your knowledge in the industry.
The challengesLack of team members so the workload can be overwhelming sometimes but the recruiters are doing great recently and we're having a lot of applicants and new hires.

    Great company culture
The good things- The company is very global so you get to work with people from different countries on a daily basis. - You will have career growth/progression as long as you perform well in your role. - Compensation is a bit higher than other companies from the same industry.
The challengesProcess changes happen quite often depending on progresses/implementations done on the company products.

    Fun Environment
The good thingsBeen with the company for almost 2 years and one thing I can guarantee is carreer growth. People are friendly and easy to get along with even the managers. I think this is due to the fact that our office is not too big so you can easily talk with the other teams.
The challengesPossibly the only challenges we have would be our lack of employee at the moment which can cause more work load, but I believe we're having more applicants now.

    Good opportunity for newbies
The good thingsGood training for fresh grads and people with at least 1 year experience. Company does not discriminate base on work experience, but focus more on competencies needed for the job like logical thinking, good communication skills, etc.
The challengesThere's a higher engagement required from the team. Management constantly pushing its team to go the extra mile. If you are complacent, passive and just want an easy-going job, not a place for you.

    Good people, inconsistent management.
The good thingsWorking with people who care about your well-being and motivate you. Good entry-level job for learning new skills, but you'll have limited growth opportunities the longer you stay in the company. The team leaders will guide you as you progress in your team. Approachable staff help with engagement in the office.
The challengesThere is a lack of employees because of the tedious hiring process. You are challenged to adapt to an environment that is constantly changing due to business needs. Higher management lacks understanding of the day-to-day process of work for ordinary low-ranking employees.
