    Overall, I had a great experience. Except for the HMO, which seems to be useless.

    The challengesFrom whf set-up, transistioned to hybrid (thrice a week) but there are employess still enjoying fewer rto days.

    Good work culture but HMO is not good. 1 M limit but only for cliinic base and confinement. You might need to shoulder your own consultation or worst case you cannot use at alll uf no clinic accredited near you.

    The Best Company There Is!
    The good thingsOffice is clean and accessible. Shift is early so we’re able to avoid the rush hour on the days that we need to work onsite. Compensation and benefits are superb with 1M HMO coverage – which shows how they care about their employees. Management is open, inclusive, and approachable. There are tons of activities and recognition which keeps everyone engaged and motivated. Opportunity for growth is always out there – it’s up to the employee if he/she is up for the challenge and grab the opportunity.
    The challengesI cannot think of a specific challenge as of the moment. The company is continuously improving and adapting to changes in the industry so there might be adjustment which is a good problem to be honest.

    The good thingsThis is the company that would treat their employees as family.. prioritized their employees and care for their employees! Work-life balance is being considered. Good and approachable bosses. Light workloads. And more more events and happenings. Love this company!
    The challengesOnly minimal things i didnt enjoy such as system issues while working that sometimes ended up having OT haha but as i've mentioned, "sometimes" means not all the time.

    One of the few companies that is pro-employee
    The good thingsDespite the pandemic, PSO never failed to provide us the support that we need. Whether it be moral or financial support, PSO assures us that we're in good hands. The salary is above average, and there are endless opportunities for internal growth.
    The challengesTotal leaves per year isn't that great, but we usually clock out at 3PM so it's still okay. :)

    Being with Pepper feels like you have a second home!
    The good thingsDuring the height of the pandemic, PSO made sure that everyone is getting all the support they need. They have organized a work from home set up, sent everything we need right at our doorsteps at their expense. They made us feel secured by earning at the comfort of our home. I will be forever grateful for that heart-warming experience.
    The challengesNone - what else can I ask for. Good salary, good people. Non- BPO environment. Schedules are flexible. Rest days are fixed. Accessible to my place.
