    The good thingsI enjoyed everyday commuting since they don't offer Work from home(WFH) setup.

    Messy codebase is an understatement. The company heavily prioritizes output and delivery over code quality. Tasks are handed out with short deadlines with the sole objective of delivering an output—no matter how it’s achieved. Most new hires are fresh graduates with no prior IT experience, and the company does not provide adequate training to bridge this gap. Some seniors act like you are ignorant about the simplest programming concept to inflate their own egos. Run from this spaghetti company.
    The good thingsI mean, they hire 'anyone' I guess
    The challengesVery low salary. The company uses outdated software and technologies with no opportunities for career growth. Management has no plans to introduce new technologies for employees to learn or work with. The workload is repetitive, and QA focuses solely on the output, without valuing the actual work done by developers.

    OK SALARY FOR NEWBIES, BAD SALARY INCREASE, TOO MUCH WORKLOAD FOR THE PAY
    The good thingsNone. There were free lunch and snacks before but now no more snacks and lunch.
    The challengesWork is challenging, it can actually sharpen your skills yet the pay cannot compensate for the workload.

    The challengesThey only give salary increase to the person they are close to or to their favorites. Low salary as well as the chance of getting salary increase is close to none.

    The good thingsThe company has helped me unlock the potentials I didn't know I have. The challenges and different type of tasks you handle everyday will help grow your learning and skills. It is a good place to start, especially if you're trying to build out a career while taking it slow. It has always been a place of teamwork wherein seniors would share what they know and willingly help you out. The career growth I have experienced has been challenging but definitely useful.

    Agreeable and Fun Work Environment
    The good thingsWorkmates are agreeable and friendly. I became comfortable and felt accepted by the team right away, as my teammates and team leads are approachable and fun to work with. Working in Proweaver has helped me grow as a professional and as an individual. I have improved my communication and collaborative skills while working with people from other teams.

    OFFERS LOW SALARY RATE
    The good thingsProweaver gave me the opportunity to learn. As a fresher I was given the chance to handle difficult tasks. Our team also is well bonded. Schedule also is Monday to Friday only, atleast we have time to rest coming from a stressful work week.
    The challengesThey offer a very low starting salary rate. For IT freshers like me they only offer less than 14k salary which is very low considering that the tasks are quite difficult. OT is a must because of low manpower.

    Good colleagues, not so nice management
    The good thingsI really love working with my colleagues because they are very welcoming and they will really teach/train you. The management adopted to work-from-home arrangement due to this pandemic which is very convenient for us employees. This company is very good for Fresh graduates as they will give you a chance.
    The challengesYou will encounter a lot of pressure and difficulties on a daily basis which will affect your mental health. Basic pay is very low compared to other IT companies. There's no assurance as to when will be your salary increase. Because of the low basic pay you tend to look for another opportunity that will meet with your daily needs
