    Not recommended or else you will be suffer a lot.
    The good thingsI enjoyed everyday commuting since they don't offer Work from home(WFH) setup.

    Messy codebase is an understatement. The company heavily prioritizes output and delivery over code quality. Tasks are handed out with short deadlines with the sole objective of delivering an output—no matter how it’s achieved. Most new hires are fresh graduates with no prior IT experience, and the company does not provide adequate training to bridge this gap. Some seniors act like you are ignorant about the simplest programming concept to inflate their own egos. Run from this spaghetti company.

    The challengesVery low salary. The company uses outdated software and technologies with no opportunities for career growth. Management has no plans to introduce new technologies for employees to learn or work with. The workload is repetitive, and QA focuses solely on the output, without valuing the actual work done by developers.

    The good thingsI only enjoyed being with some of my coworkers, they were the only reason why the work is bearable.
    The challengesA LOT. If you love freedom and peace of mind, this company is NOT for you. They don't care about the welfare of their employees, they only care about making profit.

    The good thingsLeaders are approachable and will guide newbies. Co-developers are fun to be with. Learn and practice proper process and standards of web development.
    The challengesTerrible micromanagement VERY LOW SALARY compared to other companies which is almost 2 or 3x higher basic salary+incentives. VERY LOW INCENTIVE COMPENSATION (depends on the task load, but more tasks doesn't mean higher amount of incentive) No cash assistance in an event of disastrous events such as typhoon where you can't able to work. Very low salary increases to the point that new hires basic salary catches up with the regular employee. ( like 1k or 2k discrepancy only )

    The good thingsI came in as a fresh graduate from a university and Proweaver gave me the the opportunity that I needed. The company really constructs you from a person who is full of ideas into being a fully developed professional. One of the good trats i I experienced is being with very approchoable workmates regardless of what site/office you are. Likewise, the superiors never turned-blind on the good traits and accomplishments that an employee has offered.
    The challengesHaving an average salary is nothing compared to the greener pastures that I will be facing throughtout my IT career, it is quite reasonable considering the "still little things" that I can offer by being a newly-hired.

It is a good place to start, especially if you're trying to build out a career while taking it slow.
