Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with Primehomes was, without exaggeration, the worst hiring process I’ve ever encountered. After verbally confirming that I had been selected for the role, they promised to send the job offer “soon.” That “soon” never came. Days of waiting turned into weeks, until it became clear they had no intention of following through. Calls and messages went unanswered. To make matters worse, they attempted to shift the blame to a so-called “sister company” that was supposedly responsible for sending the offer—an excuse that only underscored their lack of accountability and professionalism. This is not an isolated incident. A quick look at previous reviews shows a disturbing pattern of raising false hopes and leaving candidates hanging. If you value your time, effort, and dignity, stay far away from this company. You have been warned.
The good thingsNone at all. Their hiring process speaks for the company

Not recommended to apply in this company wasting of time as applicant.
The good thingsI did not continue to get hired hiring process is very slow. The applicant they looking for vs the position they are looking for is not relevant. Far from what expected
The challengesI ve waited 1 hour before the final interviewer. Then he discuss what position they need. And the question is not relevant to the position applying for. There is also no exact information of the office you are going. The HR must develop the hiring process because it is a big company.

    What a disappointment!
The good thingsNothing is good in this unpopular company.
The challengesVery disappointing hiring process. Had three interviews in this company with different people for several days when in fact the final interview can be done in just one day only. This company will give you false hope. No considerations for applicants and doesn't give importance to somebody else's time, money and effort!

Stay away from this company. Horrible hiring process. Too many interviews then will give you false hope that you are already hired but retract their offer after several weeks of waiting.
The good thingsGood thing I did not got the chance to be a part of this company. Very Disappointing hiring process.

    A Fun Millennial Company
The good thingsSo far, I can say that this is one of the best local companies for millennials. The top management knows how to listen to the ideas/opinions of their employees and there is work-life balance. Last but not the least, the company has a good purpose... and that is to bring green residential atmosphere in Quezon City!
The challengesSmall real estate developer. The challenge is to make it known to people, but it is workable though. You can grow together with the company. Don't hesitate to apply, you deserve to be a part of Primehomes family.

Communities not only matter but also people
The good thingsIt is fun and convenient to work with hardworking and talented people. The employees manifest team work to achieve their company goal. Amidst the busy days and tons of workload, the company gives time for employees to rest and restore their energy. Superiors give their best to mentor their subordinates. Even the other way around, superiors learn from their subordinates with their fresh ideas.
The challengesThe work you are handling is challenging itself but it may become better if your surround yourself with positive and supportive people.
