more focused on money making for the company, rather than prioritizing patient and staff welfare
The good thingsThe staff and head dentist at the branch I was working at were very pleasant to work with.
The challengesThe salary was not enough for the amount of work entailed. Working conditions are not okay and working with management is difficult. The focus is on making money for the company, not on patient or staff welfare. They would keep staff under unpleasant working conditions if it benefitted them, the reason why a lot of dentists and staff tend to quit.
