    The good thingsThe environment is healthy and the management gives what is best for their employees as long as you do your part as an employee.
    The challengesThe challenges that I can share in this company is the way you handle, communicate and interact with other people especially the contractors and the laborers. There are really times where you have to go down to their level just to meet your objectives and also understand and analyze the kind of work they are doing so that you will have an idea on how to adjust and proceed with your work without sacrificing the policy.
