The challengesApparently, not everyone in this institution has the capacity to show leniency to newcomers. People here only work for the prestige of sitting there. If you're looking for this company, just head over somewhere else because the culture here is very much toxic. I say the only hope for this organization is to pluck out the overgrown weeds.
