The good thingsPrescon Philippines Inc., is owned and managed by the late Mr. Narciso S. Padilla. He treated his employee like a family. He calls every employee with their first names. Mr. Padilla never leaves his employee empty-handed and so is Mrs. Padilla his wife. They were a very good couple. They live a simple life. They were very generous. They weigh each circumstances if it will benefit its employees.
The challengesThe greatest challenge we faced was when our dear Mr. President died.. We were all saddened by the fact that we will never see and hear him around the office.. No one could ever replace him because as far as i know, no employers will let their employees go to their house to have dinner or lunch with them. Now, i am a full-time mom. I am not sure if i will be able to find a boss like them if ever.
