    It enables me to enhances my skills and character to face bigger oppurtunities.
    The good thingsThe CORE Values what they stand for. They were able to send their employees for continuing education to improve the skills of the employees. They also have this TeamBuilding in order us to be more collaborative and competitive. Furthermore working in the Premiere is challenging at the same time teaches you to become a independent and better person.
    The challengesYou meet many different types of personality. It challenges you in the way that you be more aware how you gonna interact at the same time you've learned a lot how to deal things in professional way, manages conflicts, prioritization, being compassionate even though youre not expexting a return. You've may experience a lot of conflicts but the thing is you dont give up.
