The environment is relaxed and not stressful.
The good thingsThe culture and environment are relaxed compared to the bigger companies. The management is fair and very supportive.
The challengesThe pay is lower than the average and at times no very compensating. You would get higher pay in other companies for the same position.

The people are lovable and the management were supportive.
The good thingsThe employer treat everyone fairly and provide opportunies. The American client were generous.
The challengesThe job was delegated and division of labor were observed making the job easier for everyone. The traffic was terrible and stressful, it was so bad that I was forced to resign.
