Communication & work as a team is important to have a smooth work relationship with your co-worker.The good thingsOn my years of work stay here it helps me how to adapt on new environment, it helps me to grow & be the owner of what you are doing learn to admit the mistakes and make sure it wont happen again. Teamwork & open communication with your team mate is one of the key to achieve the deadline you committed. For me its a milestone to have more than 8 years & I gain the trusts of my employer. It teach me how to be hardworking and able to handle pressure. I owe it to my employer for the additional knowledge it gave me.
The challengesLimited benefits and low compensation though I understand due to some circumstances that it encounter however I believe that employer should invest to their employee for there is always a good outcome that employer may receive in the near future
