    The good thingsGreat for Fresh Graduates looking for a balance company (Some leaders are great, some leaders are not ). The best co workers one can have, WFH set up, and very approachable HR Dept.
    The challengesTerrible leadership. Leaders manipulating employees. Always felt wrong not to render OT everyday as they always see one (literally) as someone who did not do one's best during work hours. Always saying that "if you can't handle the workload, just say it" BUT 16 hours of work in a DAY is not enough to finish the workload that should be distributed to several people yet leaders chose to manipulate the employee that ONE can do all those task even if that employee RAISED THE SAME CONCERN SEVERAL TIMES.

    The only remaining positive is the option for a work-from-home setup
    The good thingsWork from Home is the remaining positive thing
    The challengesThe only remaining positive is the option to work from home. Beyond that, it has become frustrating to work for. The constant changes in policies create confusion and show a clear lack of direction. Employees are expected to keep adjusting, yet hard work is neither fairly recognized nor properly compensated. Reimbursements are handled unfairly, and allowances are low compared to industry standards. To make matters worse, HR and Finance frequently roll out new rules without official communication, acting as if policies can be changed without accountability. The company loves to talk about positivity and a family culture, but the reality inside is different. Some employees, especially in senior positions, fail to uphold the values management claims to promote. Some senior staff are outright disrespectful and unprofessional, creating a toxic environment. Good employees are overshadowed. Overall, culture and internal systems are inconsistent and far from what the company advertises.

    The good thingsNew grads friendly Work environment (Very nice people) Has a very strong and talented teams/individuals Main Office is near establishments A good place to start your career and have a good background in the corporate world, especially the retail industry Have all common benefits HR is superb, very accommodating The company is lead by God-fearing leaders Onboarding and Offboarding have a fast and smooth processes Very supportive and always empowers, motivates the employee! Supports external training for growth Many people stays because of the culture <3
    The challengesIf you are living outside Pasig City, it's quite hard to commute every day For me, I allotted 2 hours for travel time (one-way) They have flexible working hours but it is not optional, for teams who are transactional you'll have a fixed schedule (9 hours work, 1 hr lunch break) Some employees have uniform some don't have (depends on your department) Some work is repetitional, not very challenging There's a career development but will take you time (years)
