Marketing ExperienceThe good thingsWork experience is really good for those who are in their early years of career or just starting out their career. A few years in the company (even months) really develops your skills and value as an employee. Bosses trust you and values your opinions. Your efforts are also properly acknowledged and commended if you did great. The people are so nice. Very very nice. The ambiance in our Department is really light and fun even though works becomes really stressful. Everyone are friends and get through work in a fun way.
The challengesClimbing the ladder is pretty much challenging because a lot are competing for it and unless new positions open up, you have to wait until the next position higher than your present one gets vacated which means if they get promoted or resign. Also, the company values tenure, you don't get a raise or promotion unless you reach more than a year after probation. But there's a chance you can get a raise if the company hits its quota and promotion may be possible if you apply for a vacant higher position in the company through internal hiring. As I said, the company is good for your career growth, but if you're the type of person who always want to grow and move on, soon you will reach a dead end and you'll be just exactly where you are. Also, expect to multi-task, there's a lot of job to be done but limited number of people in the team. If you love doing a lot of things and you love challenge, well then good for you.
