The management has demonstrated a deficiency in effective managerial skills, including an inability to delegate tasks and poor communication.
The good thingsEmergent Curriculum: The school focuses on a child-centered curriculum that adapts to each child's unique interests and learning pace. Focus on Play: Recognizes the importance of play in early childhood education and creates engaging and stimulating play experiences.
The challengesThe work tasks and responsibilities do not align with the job description outlined in their employment contract or offer letter. Regarding negotiation, there has been a reluctance to discuss salary and other benefits. Regarding work attendance, the requirement for employees to report to work during suspended classes or adverse weather conditions may be deemed unreasonable and could pose safety concerns. Furthermore, there has been a lack of provision for employees to express their thoughts, feelings, or concerns, and a failure to accept employee feedback, indicating a deficiency in employee engagement opportunities.
