    The good thingsNice workmates. No weekend work.
    The challengesNo increase upon regularization (they always say because of the pandemic) They stopped the annual company increase (using pandemic as the excuse again) The management does not know what to focus. They pile up countless of projects, but they don't consider adding or upgrading their resources. They don't put effort on fixing internal business process that eases up operations because they think that it is NOT A REVENUE GENERATING ACTIVITY. Learning and development modules and activities are copy paste from internet, and not that value adding.

    The good thingsVery considerate, when I ask if I can work at home they agree as long as you can do your job at home.
    The challengesthe challenges for me is too far from home because the office is located from Makati and I live at Pandi Bulacan

    Terrible HR process during and after your emplyoment
    The good thingsThere is an effort in building culture.
    The challengesThere is no career progression nor evaluation of your career path. Just going to transfer you to different places. When you resign, you will wait for 6 months for your back pay. HR does not contact or update you.
