    if you are looking for high salary but at an entry level this is a great starting point.
    The good thingsGreat Salary specially during holidays, double pay and ot pay.
    The challengessome vault are hard to work with (Too many gossips). Request for absence/leave is most of the time not approved. 12 hours working time, no proper lunch break. too many reports for EOD and BOD, sometimes the goals/quota are hard to achieve.

    The good thingsNice workmates. No weekend work.
    The challengesNo increase upon regularization (they always say because of the pandemic) They stopped the annual company increase (using pandemic as the excuse again) The management does not know what to focus. They pile up countless of projects, but they don't consider adding or upgrading their resources. They don't put effort on fixing internal business process that eases up operations because they think that it is NOT A REVENUE GENERATING ACTIVITY. Learning and development modules and activities are copy paste from internet, and not that value adding.

    The good thingsVery challenging everyday you'll be assigned at different places like CAMANAVA, MANILA, PASAY, PARAÑAQUE, PASIG, MARIKINA, ANTIPOLO, BINANGONAN etc. To do monitoring such as checking of jewelries and do inventory, cash count, pulling out of rematado jewelries and been delivered to head office at Makati City, mostly assigned at rematado appliances and been displayed at rematado center in PUREGOLD CUBAO branch. And some other tasks .

    It was great experience working in Pj Lhuillier, my co employees are very supportive on my training days.
    The good thingsThe good thing i enjoyed the most when i worked in pj Lhuillier is that i overcomed my shyness, i learned a lot, i learned how to face lot of people because im that type of person that shy and i dont have enough confidence.
    The challengesThe challenges is when the pandemic came, it was a hard challenge for me especially for me having a baby, thats why i decided to file my resignation..
