They may appear to be smiling in front of you, but they can betray you behind your back.
The good thingsRed and green envelope it means bonuses, free travel in our department, free rice in cafeteria, Overtime is paid even if it's just for travel to school.
The challengesOur management is not good, the employee's dismissal was unreasonable. They fired an employe and gave them a failing evaluation because the invitation to the on-call Christmas party wasn't sent out immediately. The reasons for giving the employe a failing evaluation were so trivial. The leaders are micromanaging and don't know how to manage their people. The supervisor in our department is unfair and shows favoritism. If they don't like you, they'll only put you in a school here in Manila, but if you're a favorite in the province, they'll always put you there. Leaders and the environment are toxic.

The challengesNo salary appraisal. Unstable work. Furlough system that is really unfair specially to the staff that is a bread winner. No career growth. Low salary. 6 days duty is really a cons to this company.
