The good thingsDevelop to communicate with different customers outside the Philippines to address their problems and concerns and vice versa. Able to understand the value of good relationship with superiors, subordinates and support group and knows the vital role of being a team player as a leader and how to handle my people and decisions in different situations.

The challengesTo persuade my subordinates especially those who were high ranking officials of a worker's union in order to meet our demands and customer's satisfaction. Working under pressure , addressing customer's complaints.

Nothing but the best

The good thingsSalary is above average. Benefits are great. Travel opportunities are awesome and the potential career growth is unlimited. People are great to work with. But the best part is the vision of the company and its desire to contribute to making the world healthier through meaningful innovation.
