The challengesThis has been one of the most challenging working environments I have experienced due to leadership concerns at the division level. The management style tends to be personality-driven and overly authoritative, which discourages open dialogue and collaboration. Differing ideas are not always received constructively. There are noticeable gaps in analytical skills, accounting and tax expertise, communication, clear delegation, and leadership. Instructions are often vague, leading to misalignment and unnecessary rework. The environment can become emotionally draining for team members who value transparency and objectivity. While the company itself is reputable and stable, leadership limitations at the division level may hinder progress and prevent the team from reaching its full potential.
