The office environment is spacious, well-maintained, and well-suited for the team’s needs. The team members are hard-working, reliable, professional, and supportive, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the company provides solid benefits, stability, a comfortable workplace setup, and a strong, capable team.
    The challengesThis has been one of the most challenging working environments I have experienced due to leadership concerns at the division level. The management style tends to be personality-driven and overly authoritative, which discourages open dialogue and collaboration. Differing ideas are not always received constructively. There are noticeable gaps in analytical skills, accounting and tax expertise, communication, clear delegation, and leadership. Instructions are often vague, leading to misalignment and unnecessary rework. The environment can become emotionally draining for team members who value transparency and objectivity. While the company itself is reputable and stable, leadership limitations at the division level may hinder progress and prevent the team from reaching its full potential.

Complete with benefits and perks from gift checks, to cash rewards, to Christmas Ham, family days, and a lot more to enjoy your stay with PhilSeven.
    The challengesWorking beyond your time because its basically a 24-hour operation so even your asleep your staff/s would call you in the middle of your sleep if there are problems with delivery or in the store. As a Manager, wise scheduling of staffs, and time management and work-life balance is important.

    The challengesThe challenges are, First, my daily travel because the office was too far from my home. Second, the deadline of reports but still, I manage it. Third, Time management, because we have lots of paperwork, surveys, and reports that need to fix at the same time.
