    The good thingsIncentives based on individual and branch's overall performance. Employees works in high degree of professionalism, integrity, and honesty, output-oriented and conscious of daily accomplishments.
    The challengesOvertime without pay. The problem I have encountered was in connection with the time of completing reports. that is why working overtime was rendered even without pay because so much work is to be done everyday.
