    The good thingsBenefits are really good. You get monthly extra bonus especially when you're a staff because of CBA.
    The challengesWhen co-workers resigned, the management didn't hire replacements and that left the remaining employees working overload. I hope they give the officers seminar on how to be an effective and inspiring leader in their department.

    The good thingsThe employees are very accommodating and they will let you feel that you belong. They gave me new tasks that I never expected and different from what I've been doing since my first day, which is of course hard at first but I still enjoyed and let me encounter other employees in other divisions and in a bigger environment.
    The challengesI think it's the processing of the certificates and allowance. Maybe they can improve it and process faster so the future trainees can claim their certificates and allowances in just one day.

    It was a great experience.
    The good thingsI explored to do such things like bookkeeping, earmarking, communicating through phone calls which I never had experience in school. Not just that, while having experiences I also learned and adapt at the same time to the nature of the jobs in that field. The employees are easy to work with. They are willing to share the knowledge to their trainees and what I really like about them is the way they treat each other with professionalism.
