    Not good at all
    The good thingsWork life balance
The challengesNo ownership at work, untidy working environment. I am in-charge in layout and designs but I don't have my own desktop. I have to wait for the other staff to have their class in order for me to use their station.

    Gender and Development Office's Experience
The good thingsI love my superior for I have learned a lot to her and she gave me a lot of opportunities to grow as a professional. She was easy to work with and gave you no pressure. The tasks were great! since those are the things that I like working into. To conclude, my job experiences with Gender and Development and my superior was superb.
The challengesNot to give grudge to anyone, but the management does not give equal opportunity to everyone specially those who are contractual. People often neglect their tasks so others suffer. Also, top leaders must also know what their subordinates doing, because some are clueless and very dependent. Salary must be given a priority since benefits are also uninteresting.
