    It gave me so much prestige being part of one of the top banks in the country
    The good thingsIt was previously a government institution and I felt I was in a stable position. It made a way for me to have my own house thru a housing loan which was part of our benefits being given a lower interest rate and a very affordable equity.
    The challengessince it deals with finances/money an employee has to be extra careful and should be honest enough.
