After all the challenges I have encountered as a bank employee, I have made myself be a part of the company's administration.The good thingsThe intention of the company to make their employees well-trained and well-developed through lots of trainings and seminars conducted yearly. The branches / offices are something you can be proud of to your clients and possible customers. The personnels' salaries and benefits are worthy to mention.
The challengesThe rotation of the employees from one branch to another branch. This is where the employee may be assigned to another branch temporarily. It will be unfortunate enough if you will be assigned to a far away branch where you cannot go home and cannot see your family for several days, weeks or months.
