I'm just a student affiliate/On the Job Trainee so i don't get salary from it.
The good thingsAs far as I know, being a government employee has many benefits (such as health, etc) Good thing about this company is the healthy working environment, people and employee there are very friendly and very passionate in doing their respective jobs.
The challengesNothing much, I'm just a student affiliate, so most of the job was done by the technical person and foreman. Our role as a student affiliate or OJTs was just to observe, do light work, learn and somehow have a great experience working with professionals.

    life and others lives changing
The good thingsbest thing that happend to me. Thank god i become part of phc. Good governance. Promotion is not hard. A gov. Institution that knows good quality timely honest service to filipino and foreigners. Service is so selfless that could break your back. But nothing bits self fullfilment... Made me grow as a worker and as an individual.
The challengesClose to life... And death. Patients, relatives, significant others and almost all other peaple is a challenge. The routines, proper indorsement or chanelling of valuable infos. Time management... The unexpected's..., devotion to irregular changing shifts.. The combination of manual labor and paperworks... Its beautiful complicated... And alot more... Priceless... Nothing compares...
