Still a good experience but I hope there will be additional service for the employee
The good thingsThe first thing I enjoyed is that I can travel because of their different plants in the Philippines. I also enjoyed that they have big spaces for production plants and have proper PPEs for employee Also their compressed schedule for office based employees
The challengesTheir technical team is usually corporate that is why it is hard to maintain the standard. Lack of manpower And lack of acknowledgement to the problems encountered during internal audits, halal audits and even external audits.

    unforgettable
The good thingsWith the help of my friendly mentors/instructors I really learned and Enjoy.teach me the process of Flour Milling from the very beginning which is a raw material up to finish product. I also knew that there are many characteristics of wheat can be used and flour to be used that depends upon on the demand of the consumer. I have also learned some of the technical aspect of the whole process such as on how to perform Break-Release, Cleaning of Packing Line 1, to operate Packing Machine, to calibrate flour target weight, to perform packing report and most importantly I learned on how to do work with troubleshooting. Even though I have a short period of time with your company to take my internship and this is my unforgettable experience.
The challengesDoing multi tasking at work but it makes me eager, give strength and motivated to work better

I assumed it's better than others.
The good thingsLots of benefits. Big bosses are nice. They interact with their people. They have in-house trainings for staff as well as outside trainings, local and abroad that will make you competent in your position. The company is FSMS 22000:2013 Certified so you are sure to this company that they will adhere to food safety policies which also includes the management policies. The company also adheres to all applicable laws.
The challengesThe location is a challenge especially for applicants. Shuttle buses are available but when you're late, you have to travel alone from 5th avenue, caloocan to tondo which can cost you around 100 pesos. Aside from that, prepare for lots of bosses and meetings. If you are really involve in the organization, you will attend 2 meetings a week which will hinder your scheduled work when actually, your boss will not credit you for attending such meetings. :( Since the company is law abider, they will declare all taxable benefits. So you will have higher tax here than other companies.

    Remarkable Experience
The good things1. They have a lot of bonuses - Aside from the law-mandated 13th month bonus, they have the midyear, 14th month Christmas and Chinese new year bonuses. 2. They reward employees on tenure - employees who stays from 10 years onward are rewarded with watches, rings and cash incentives. 3. They have paid trips - notably, employees are treated with free trips in the country or even abroad.
The challenges1. Opportunities for career development should be encourage - When a vacancy in the higher position occurs, they have the tendency to hire an outsider which is often interpreted by the employees negatively. 2. salary increase should be based on work performance - they actually have quarter evaluations, but i don't know why salary increase differ from the actual work load.
