The second milling plant was built at the Manila Harbour Center in Manila and started milling flour in July 2000 with a capacity of 550 metric tons wheat per day. The facility is located beside a deep water port capable of berthing and unloading Panamax size vessel. It includes 67,000 metric tons vertical grains storage silos, 23,000 metric tons mechanized Soybeanmeal flat storage warehouse, a 20 ton per hour feed milling plant, grains and soybean product bagging plants, bagged flour and pollard storage, 500 metric tons per hour pneumatic unloader.It is now one of the biggest flour milling companies in the country with one modern mill serving the Luzon island and the other modern mill serving the Visayas and Mindanao islands. It ranks first or second in actual production and sales of flour and flour by products nationwide.
