    The good thingsYou learn to be an advocate to fight a certain decease not just for your self but for fellow country men. You will enjoy visiting other regions and the excitement is always their specially if you will other people because of symposiums and other events
    The challengesIf are in the Financing department, cash disbursement is a bit hard to manage since whatever loss will be your accountability but all in all if you manage it properly its a good factor for you
