    very good company, worth working with.
    The good thingsI learned a lot of things especially in safety while you are working in the engineering area and in the whole plant.
    The challengesWe work here as a multi-task individual. I have different positions working with the machines especially when your colleague is absent during operation. because the company is squeezing the manpower.

    The good thingsThe company pays well and is stable. One of the few companies which did not implement a pay cut during the pandemic despite limited operations
    The challengesIt pays well but be prepared for extended working hours (16-18 hours on average) especially if you are on a field based role. Also, the industry is shrinking..
