    The challengesA lot of workload and no SOD. Multiple processes and multiple markets at a time. Also, have met or interacted with some people wherein they would make you feel that you don't know what you are doing, they make you feel that you slow or you made mistake instead of helping you and a few times they are acting like a team lead which in fact they're not! I don't have any issues with my supervisor, the other side of these people with attitude problem. With this, I felt that I didn't get the support I needed. This is first company I worked for wherein multiple tasks are being delegated to just one person. Also, there are a lot of things going on, you need to be visible to the management and a lot of meetings and all which is totally annoying instead of just doing your deliverable and tasks for the day!
