    Great colleagues, but the salary is way too low for the role
    The good thingsMy superior and coworkers were kind and friendly. The company has flexible Hybrid Work schedule.
    The challengesStarting salary may be big, but as the time goes by, the salary increase are stagnant and yet, the workloads are way too heavy.

    Great co-workers but low salary
    The good thingsI love working with great co-workers and giving mid-year/year-end bonuses (not always though)
    The challengesThe salary is very low but so many workloads, and the return-to-office setup is consuming too much time & energy.
