    The good thingsMy superior and coworkers were kind and friendly. The company has flexible Hybrid Work schedule.
    The challengesStarting salary may be big, but as the time goes by, the salary increase are stagnant and yet, the workloads are way too heavy.

    The challengesDuring solo duty It takes so much hard time because of so many transaction, And so many services offers in our company but no increase in salary and no appreciation from our management even you always doing your best and been loyal to the company for years, there comes a time that can still feel you left aside or not noticing our hardwork.

    The challengesThe budget for the project or ideas you need to propose can't accepted easily because of the hard times to decide when it comes to budget. They lack of manpower for providing others stuff. The promotion is base on the years you stay on the company. They lack of technicalities when it comes to their system.

    I've been an fla for the 4 years and 2 months. Categorized in banking and finance. Our main product is western union. But we also process money changing. Pension loans. Bayad center. As an fla we twnd to do the best we can be. And deliver superb customer service experience.
    The good thingsIts been cause the team are friendly that was i enjoy the most. At the same time i also enjoying meeting different person everyday.
    The challengesAnd In terms of work, yes its a work over load but its fun to learn new things at the end of the day.

Especially that for every branches there are only two employees interacting and processing the needs of the clients and most of the time there are volume of people. Also one of the things that the company should improve is to ensure the security of their employees.

    The job is good but its risky
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in here. I learned a lot on remittances and other processes by PETNET - Western Union. I met so many people and I have learned a lot on good customer service and handling a lot of people's situation, emotion, and etc.
    The challengesThe job is risky in terms I have to personally replenish the branch's account by myself commuting from our branch to bank and vice versa. When I was working in here, our branch doesn't have CCTV so its kinda dangerous. My salary is below average.

    The good thingsPetnet Inc is one of the company that will not only provide you a job but also a family. My colleagues here became my family already. The company is willing to provide assistance whenever you need it. You are trained and molded to become a better individual here.
    The challengesSome security issues I guess, but still the company is on its way to give the best to the employees. They are not stoping in thinking ways how protect all employees around the country. They will reach out to you to know more which aspect do you need support.

    The good thingsLets start with the opportunities. This company started as an insurance brokerage, which did very well since 1998. Currently, the Foreign Exchange brokerage arm over took most of the other business units and now key to the success of the company. Recently the company was majority owned by Aboitiz group through acquisition. A company that targets growth is a promising company for the right people.
    The challengesDifferent people have different skills. Some managers fail to see what skills what are needed, what are available and what to put around. Sales could be challenging for some, but highly rewarding for the right people wth the right set of skills! This company gave me the opportunity other companies wasnt able to and im a happier man for it!
