Personal Ability Development (PAD) Foundation was established in February 2007, as a Sending Organization for a 3-year skills training program known as Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO). We started teaching Japanese Language, Culture and Work Ethics to those who will go to Japan under the said program.In 2010, the skills training program was transferred from TESDA to POEA. As a result, PAD reorganized its foundation from a Sending Organization into a language training center, which still handles preparatory training for JITCO trainees.On July 2012, PAD Foundation was accredited by TESDA as a language training center.
