The good thingsGreat time working in a growing company like Penscott Corporation. Got to be involve in different projects/aspects for improvement and got to be part of its progress. I gained a lot of experiences and learned a lot from those. If you exceeded the expectation of the employer, they will reward you for the hard works. The management is very open for the suggestions and ideas for improvement coming from its employees. The owners of this company are very hands on to the operation and administration. Employees are like family working together to achieved the common goal of success.
The challengesGot to be involve in different projects/aspects for improvement and got to be part of its progress. There are problems you will encounter along the way, but if you stay loyal and give your best for the company, all the struggles will be worth it as the company are very open on giving incentives and benefits to its loyal and best employees.
