Management shows little to no concern for employee well-being even when staff fall ill from the workload.
The owner frequently humiliates employees, spreads false accusations, and manipulates situations to place blame unfairly. Overtime is often demanded without pay, and there is a culture of fear rather than respect.
This is not a healthy workplace. The constant exploitation, lack of support, and toxic leadership make it unsustainable for anyone who seeking a fair and professional environment.
