    My 3-month stay in Penbrothers allowed me a good work-life balance while providing me an avenue to acquire skillsets and impactful experiences.
    The good thingsThe internship program in PB is really notable--they provide you an avenue to really make an impact in the company. There are monthly townhalls to keep you in the loop, as well as culture initiatives to bond, unwind, and get to know the people in the company. All of the supervisors I have met are very understanding, gentle, and personally care about my internship experience.
    The challengesThe variation of tasks can be quite inconsistent at times. There are times where you'd make yourself available from 9-5 only to be given 1-2 tasks for the day that can be done in a short period of time. On some days, on the other hand, you'd be given tasks that require extra attention and a helping hand from a co-intern
