Poor Management and decision-making seems arbitrary and not based on a well-defined strategy.
The good thingsThey have high salary rates and good benefits. While I appreciate the products and services you offer and the hard work put in by your employees, I believe it is essential to address some concerns regarding the management of your organization.
The challengesFirstly, I have noticed a consistent lack of communication and transparency from the management team. This has led to confusion among employees and customers alike. Clear and timely communication is vital for any company's success, and I believe that improvements in this area would greatly benefit your organization.
Additionally, it appears that there is a disconnect between the management's decisions and the needs and concerns of the employees. It is crucial for management to listen to and address the feedback and concerns of their staff, as they are the ones on the front lines and have valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of the company.
Furthermore, I have observed instances where decision-making seems arbitrary and not based on a well-defined strategy. This lack of strategic direction can lead to inefficiencies and hinder the company's overall progress.
Lastly, the workplace culture within your company has been negatively affected by the management's approach. Morale appears to be low among employees, which can lead to decreased productivity and overall dissatisfaction within the organization.
I believe that addressing these management issues is crucial for the long-term success and sustainability of your company. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing changes to improve the management practices within your organization. A well-managed company not only benefits its employees but also its customers and stakeholders.

The challengesYour leaders will not like you if you're too outspoken or smarter than them. They don't appropriately reward hardworking and innovative workers. One department had a series of resignations more than the other in less than a year.

The good thingsI think that working as an intern in PB is really a Good experience, they let me practice all my basic skills and add on things that I can improve. They give me insightful comments to enhance my works and let me manage my time on my own with their flexible working hours schedule
The challengesAs an intern, there aren't much difficulties in our side they guide as through every tasks they gave to us and let us participate like a regular employee in their companies activities.

My 3-month stay in Penbrothers allowed me a good work-life balance while providing me an avenue to acquire skillsets and impactful experiences.
The good thingsThe internship program in PB is really notable--they provide you an avenue to really make an impact in the company. There are monthly townhalls to keep you in the loop, as well as culture initiatives to bond, unwind, and get to know the people in the company. All of the supervisors I have met are very understanding, gentle, and personally care about my internship experience.
The challengesThe variation of tasks can be quite inconsistent at times. There are times where you'd make yourself available from 9-5 only to be given 1-2 tasks for the day that can be done in a short period of time. On some days, on the other hand, you'd be given tasks that require extra attention and a helping hand from a co-intern

The good thingsThe team collaboration is worth noting as the team members, which include permanent workers and other interns, have sense of comraderie and will extend their help if anyone seeks or having a trouble to accomplished their assigned project. My immediate supervisor is very accommodating and explained the tasks thoroughly, offer assistance and always checked on my how I do my tasks.
The challengesAlthough the internship is promoted to be flexible, I think that the tasks given to me is due within three days to one week but can actually be done in a shorter period of time. I suggest that a more on hand task or responsibility should be given so that the intern will have more freedom to exhibit the talents and skills they possess in a real world scenario.

The good thingsThis internship has imparted lessons that I will continue to carry through my personal and professional life. What is more, I got to work with people who went the extra mile to help me realize my untapped potential and empowered me to rise above my shortcomings. Penbrother’s free atmosphere and horizontal culture encouraged me to strive for that work-life balance even as an intern.

The internship made me learn a lot of things
The good thingsThe diverse projects that I worked on were really interesting. My supervisor was always supportive and all my questions were always answered. I was never pressured to do something I didn't want to work on. I had autonomy over my work and was able to make suggestions on what I think is best for the internship project.

The good thingsI really enjoyed my stay in Penbrothers. super fun and flexible. A lot of things need to be improved but you'll feel grateful if you achieve/improve those on your time there.

The good thingsDuring my time with Penbrothers, I had a great time staying for the last 3 months; giving out good vibes to fellow co-workers, having a laugh even when working, an all-out fun experience. During the whole experience, they were welcoming and helpful with any impediments I had with the workload given to me, from Sir John Erazo guiding me on what I can do, to Tom Thurnherr being an excellent boss to us. Even if with the current situation and staying at home at all, the people at PenBrothers help accommodate making me stay at home feel like I’m with them at an office. I’m willing to return to Penbrothers if they’ll hire me, because I have a lot of unfinished business to do for them.

The good thingsDuring my short stay with Penbrothers, I have been truly welcomed by the employees from different departments. The culture of PB Community as a whole encouraged me to strive for that work-life balance even as an intern through their monthly town hall meetings, game nights, and a flexible schedule. When I sent my CV to apply for an HR Intern position with PB, I received an immediate response from Ms. Aes, the HR Deputy Lead. And even as an intern, I have noticed my supervisors' prompt responses and resolutions toward their clients' queries and concerns. The people that I have encountered in PB were very polite and considerate which is one crucial factor for me in finding a pleasant work environment. Another is that my supervisors properly acknowledged and showed their appreciation toward my efforts which is very important for me to give me that extra push to continue on improving my work.
The challengesNone that I can think of. I have really learned a lot during my internship.
