This is good for stagnant employees.The good things- They conduct brownbag weekly, which is a plus.
- Performance bonus has been good but internal changes will impact this.
- You can go home on the clock. OTs are minimal.
The challenges- Not much venue for proper training for certification of resources for developers.
- Little annual salary increase.
- Some team leaders are "Yes" men.
- Some resources are contacted after office hours which is annoying, they should have prior agreement when doing this.
- Little process and documentations, confusing development model.
