    Not good for fresh graduates and/or career shifters
    The good things- Good salary and benefits for an entry level position. - Colleagues are friendly and helpful. - The office is located in a good location.
    The challenges- No proper training has been given for new hires. - Some teams don't have seniors so work falls on the new hires. - The bosses on Hong Kong would require us to work on weekends and/or during our leaves. - Too many meetings that slows the actual development job.

    This is good for stagnant employees.
    The good things- They conduct brownbag weekly, which is a plus. - Performance bonus has been good but internal changes will impact this. - You can go home on the clock. OTs are minimal.
    The challenges- Not much venue for proper training for certification of resources for developers. - Little annual salary increase. - Some team leaders are "Yes" men. - Some resources are contacted after office hours which is annoying, they should have prior agreement when doing this. - Little process and documentations, confusing development model.

    The challengesPersonally I enjoyed this company but I don’t like the thing that the employees have to send in their main branch in hongkong because I’m not yet ready to leave my family here even though im new in their company

    Terrible Company Look somewhere else
    The good thingsGood colleagues, Hybrid setup which they uses as solutions for high attrition rate of the company
    The challengesPoor management, employment bonds, tons of tedious process, technology stacks are 2 to 4 years behind, incompetent leaders, doesn't listen to their employees when there's an issue, Their Ux and Ui designs are out of this world which are not user friendly, They are using VM as their development environment for all of the developers which is extremely slow and has intermittent connectios with lots of inconsistencies. HIGH ATTRITION RATE, Please look somewhere there are tons of good companies please skip this one.

    Expect no growth in your career and skills
    The good things- manageable workload - good manager
    The challenges- no salary increase - the yearly bonus is less than 20% of your salary (not guaranteed) - no career growth even if you have high ratings - no trainings/seminars - work on all holidays (except christmas & new year)

    The good thingsMy teammates are great. Stress is manageable. Not too strict with work attire. Location is nice as it is close to a shopping mall.
    The challengesManagement is a yes man to HK counterparts. Really, they have no say in things like promotion or benefits. Company is merely a puppet of HK. Salary increase is not a guarantee. They have let too many good people walk away.

    The good thingsYou have a job. You will see people that can chill and still be promoted with no knowledge on the current technology.
    The challengesNo increase, no salary adjustment, your lead or manager don't know what you are doing. They only prioritize Hong Kong's need not the employee's need. No growth even if you got the highest rating.

    Very Good Stable Job, Solid but boring if you know the drill; Low salary increment
    The good thingsIf you need constant source of income and work-life balance, this job is for you. The salary is average but not low. Some employees are lucky to get high salary (depends on project budget and role needed). Many great projects to work with but if you are experienced you may find these projects very very very boring. Many training and learning opportunities. Good office location. Good annual bonus and sometimes project bonuses
    The challengesLack of good supportive middle management. Upper management easy to communicate with. However, depending on the project you may find yourself in projects with poor to terrible middle managers who won't help you or worse throw you under the bus and credit grab... 4 to 5% yearly salary increase (not guaranteed)

    The good thingsSurrounded with good and experienced people. Learn standard management processes from our manager (well... in our team) Not following standard project management means more flexible time for employee.
    The challengesPoor admin management from HR to company business management. Working as an internal support provides less benefits and career growth. Not following standard project development that causes the quality to decline.

    This company has its ups and downs and is a good training ground for those who are experienced in the industry.
    The good thingsThis company is friendly with those who have experience. They are also using the latest trends on technology which may help you further or advance your skills and knowledge in programming.
    The challengesOne of the limitations here is the hierarchy of the business process which mainly consist of a team leader and the head is stationed in Hongkong. Recognition might be slow but it is surely rewarding when you have achieved it since you were recognized overseas.

    Terrible company! Look elsewhere.
    The good thingsYou would get awarded for not using your sick leave by posting your picture in office lobby. But you won't be rewarded for your deliverables.
    The challengesLack of processes. No flexi-time. No career opportunities, no growth. No salary increase. Salary deducted due to tardiness/undertime. You are treated as a student here, not as a professional. Toxic and old-fashioned style of management.

    The challengesEverything. Management (VERY BIG CHALLENGE), salary (no increase), career opportunities(non-existent), trainings (none), process (messy), BENEFITS AND AGAIN MANAGEMENT. Dont waste your time in this company... seek opportunities elsewhere.
