    It was okay. The industry they do business in was interesting.
    The good thingsColleagues are nice and you can learn about finance
    The challengesSlow professional growth at times, Need to improve on Manager-Employee relationships and support. At times, I feel they sometimes expected too much and then due to this, they give you no support. Then they blame or lose faith in you if you don't do it the way they wanted it - even though they gave minimal, if any, guidance and if questions were raised to them their responses seemed rushed and like they didn't really want to get into it. Inward facing professionalism could improve (professionalism towards colleagues and other employees).

    I would consider working here as one of the best job experiences that I had.
    The good thingsThey allow me to learn new things and to prove myself on the tasks they gave me. They always appreciate the good works that you've done which is great because it boosts your self-esteem. The other colleagues are all pleasant to work to.
    The challengesMaybe the working time (going home late in the evening) but I understand that because the clients are all international so we should adapt on their time.

The management allows you to engage in any aspect of professional and business development. As long as you do your job well, and exceed expectations; Payreto will take you places!
    The challengesBecause of the dynamic environment, a lot of things change under short time-spans; hence, you need to be resilient. To some it is a deterrent, but with the right mindset, it is a challenge to better yourself.

    The good thingsA really employee centric organization, management is really focused in repowering their employees. Offers a really great working environment and people are easy to get along with. still a growing company, the potential and opportunity is really great. Organization believes in Meritocracy which enables development and satisfaction in their workforce.
    The challengesSince it resides in the heart of Makati Business District, Traffic especially during peak hours is really unbearable
